PHILADELPHIA (October 26, 2026) -- Holy Family Athletics is excited to announce the reinstatement of men's golf as a program, becoming the department's 20th varsity team.

The Tigers will begin play in Fall of 2027, joining seven other members in the Central Atlantic Collegiate Conference (CACC). The league hosts its annual championships in October.

"Reinstating the men's golf program marks an exciting new chapter for Holy Family Athletics," said HFU Director of Athletics Tim Hamill. "Golf is a sport built on discipline, integrity, and relentless focus—values that align perfectly with our university's mission and culture. We are thrilled to expand opportunities for student-athletes to compete at the NCAA Division II level, excel in the classroom, and help build a proud tradition for Holy Family golf.

Men's golf becomes the seventh team added by HFU over the past five years, joining women's bowling, esports, baseball, men's lacrosse, cheerleading and women's flag football.
