Jefferson Women's Soccer Ranked 12th in Final 2025 National Poll

Rams Appear in United Soccer Coaches Top 25 for Second Consecutive Year

NEW HAVEN, Conn. (December 23, 2025) – The Thomas Jefferson University women’s soccer team is ranked No. 12 in the final 2025 United Soccer Coaches NCAA Division II National Top 25 poll. Jefferson has achieved a final national ranking for the second consecutive year after completing the 2024 season in the No. 11 spot.

Jefferson (17-3-1, 10-0-1 CACC), guided by first-year head coach Michelle Jacquette, captured its third straight Central Atlantic Collegiate Conference regular-season championship. After earning an at-large berth to the NCAA Division II Tournament, the Rams reached the East Region final (national Round of 16) for the second year in a row.

Three CACC men’s programs – the University of Bridgeport, Post University and Wilmington University – received votes in the final 2025 United Soccer Coaches Division II poll.

United Soccer Coaches is the world’s largest soccer coaches’ association that serves members at every level of the game. The intent of the United Soccer Coaches college rankings program is to stimulate interest in men’s and women’s intercollegiate soccer on a national level.

 

Founded in 1961, the Central Atlantic Collegiate Conference has been affiliated with NCAA Division II for 20 years. Conference institutions compete for championships in 17 sports – seven for men, nine for women, and one co-ed. The CACC contains 11 full members in Connecticut, Delaware, New Jersey, New York, and Pennsylvania. Membership includes the University of Bridgeport, Caldwell University, Chestnut Hill College, Dominican University New York, Felician University, Georgian Court University, Goldey-Beacom College, Holy Family University, Post University, Thomas Jefferson University, and Wilmington University.
