RUNNER OF THE WEEK
JULIAN JONES, Wilmington (GR, Elkton, Md.) – Set a Wilmington program record for 8,000 meters at the Lock Haven Open/Invitational. Ran the Lock Haven University course in 24:46 to place ninth out of 204 entrants. Helped the Wildcats to 11th place out of 22 in the team standings.
ROOKIE OF THE WEEK
REGGIE HERNANDEZ, Wilmington (FR, Lawnside, N.J.) – Was the Wildcats’ No. 3 man at the Lock Haven Open/Invitational, completing 8,000 meters in a personal-record time of 26:35. Finished 81st overall out of 204 runners.
HONOR ROLL
ALEX COLE, Post – Finished sixth in 31:03 at the Caldwell Cougar Chase.
LOGAN KUDLA, Caldwell – Ran 31:08 at the Cougar Chase to place seventh.
AIDAN NELSON, Dominican – Led the Chargers to a runner-up finish at the Cougar Chase, placing eighth in 31:13.
CARTER SPARWASSER, Wilmington – Ran 26:30 and placed 77th at the Lock Haven Open/Invite.
MO TOURE, Caldwell – Was the top CACC finisher at the Cougar Chase, crossing third in 29:47.
