Six CACC Women Earn All-Met Honors

Pair of Golden Falcons Among Three on First Team

NEW HAVEN, Conn. (April 15, 2026) – Six women’s basketball student-athletes representing Central Atlantic Collegiate Conference member institutions were named to the 2025-26 Division II All-Met Teams, the Met Basketball Writers Association announced today. The CACC placed three players on the All-Met First Team, including two from Felician University.

Felician junior Ane Valle and sophomore Stephanie Formby were joined on the First Team by Caldwell University senior Lucy Coogan. Valle averaged 16.3 points, 8.0 rebounds, a CACC-best 4.9 assists, and 2.7 steals. Formby finished as the CACC’s second-leading scorer (18.9 ppg) and fifth-best rebounder (8.7 pg), while Coogan averaged 17.4 points and 7.7 rebounds while shooting 40.4 percent from three-point range.

Selected to the Second Team were seniors Imani Gillette of Georgian Court University and Cayla Howard of Dominican University New York, as well as Caldwell junior Jah’Nel Lewis.

The MBWA covers college basketball in the New York City metropolitan area. The 2025-26 All-Met teams will be honored at the 93rd MBWA Haggerty Awards dinner on Thursday, April 23, at the Sleepy Hollow Hotel & Conference Center in Tarrytown, N.Y. The Haggerty dinner is the longest running media-managed college basketball awards program in the United States.
