Kelsey Lengyel-Jacovich was named Assistant Commissioner of the Central Atlantic Collegiate Conference in July 2024 following four months as Interim Assistant Commissioner. She had been a part of the CACC staff on a part-time basis in various roles since October 2022. In her current position, she serves as the CACC’s senior woman administrator, NCAA compliance officer, and Division II Student-Athlete Advisory Committee liaison. She is the conference’s liaison to the campus SWAs, compliance officers, athletic trainers, and SAAC advisors.
 
Lengyel-Jacovich has previous intercollegiate athletics experience at Connecticut College, where she was the coordinator of athletics operations before being promoted to manager of athletics events, facilities, and recreation. She is an adjunct professor of sports & exercise psychology at Connecticut College, and was formerly an adjunct professor of sport management and sport & exercise psychology at CACC member Post University. 
 
Lengyel-Jacovich was a three-sport student-athlete at Post, playing tennis, basketball and softball. A two-time Female Scholar Athlete of the Year for the Eagles, she was Post’s women’s tennis most valuable player in 2010. The following year, she was the Eagles’ NCAA Woman of the Year nominee. Lengyel-Jacovich performed an internship with the CACC office during her undergraduate career, and returned to the CACC during the 2014-15 academic year to assist in internal operations.
 
Lengyel-Jacovich graduated summa cum laude from Post in 2011 with a B.A. degree in psychology and a B.S. in sports management. She possesses a M.S. in kinesiology with a concentration in sport & exercise psychology from Springfield College. In 2022, Lengyel-Jacovich founded The Goat & The Stone, where she is a mental performance and holistic life coach.
