Five From CACC Named All-Region in Women's Soccer

Three from Jefferson Among Those Honored by D2 CCA

NEW HAVEN, Conn. (November 30, 2025) – Five student-athletes from Central Atlantic Collegiate Conference member institutions, including three from regular-season champion Thomas Jefferson University, were chosen for the 2025 Division 2 Conference Commissioners Association All-East Region Women’s Soccer Teams, the CCA announced earlier this week. The teams were selected by directors of athletics communications from NCAA Division II East Region institutions.

Three CACC major award winners – conference Player of the Year Nikki Dedes from Jefferson, Rookie of the Year Eboni Bradshaw of Wilmington University, and Defensive Player of the Year Carly Yeager from Jefferson – were voted onto the All-Region First Team. By virtue of their First Team recognition, Dedes, Bradshaw and Yeager will represent the CACC on the D2 CCA All-America Ballot. The 2025 D2 CCA All-America soocer teams will be announced on December 9.

Jefferson senior Mia Ferrara and Caldwell University senior Taina Gervais were elected to the All-Region Second Team.

The NCAA Division II East Region consists of the CACC, East Coast Conference and Northeast 10 conference and contains 31 institutions which compete in women’s soccer.

Founded in 1961, the Central Atlantic Collegiate Conference has been affiliated with NCAA Division II for 20 years. Conference institutions compete for championships in 17 sports – seven for men, nine for women, and one co-ed. The CACC contains 11 full members in Connecticut, Delaware, New Jersey, New York, and Pennsylvania. Membership includes the University of Bridgeport, Caldwell University, Chestnut Hill College, Dominican University New York, Felician University, Georgian Court University, Goldey-Beacom College, Holy Family University, Post University, Thomas Jefferson University, and Wilmington University.
