NEW HAVEN, Conn. (December 14, 2025) – Thomas Jefferson University senior Nikki Dedes was chosen to the 2025 Division 2 Conference Commissioners Association Women’s Soccer All-America First Team, the D2 CCA announced last Tuesday. Dedes’ senior teammate Carly Yeager was selected to the All-America Third Team. Directors of athletics communications from NCAA Division II institutions and conference offices conducted the voting.
On Thursday, Dedes became a consensus First Team All-American when she was announced as a Division II First Team honoree of the United Soccer Coaches. Dedes and Yeager were the only two players from the Central Atlantic Collegiate Conference to earn 2025 women’s soccer All-America honors.
Dedes, a midfielder from Medford, N.J., was selected the CACC Player of the Year. Her 34 points led the conference, while her totals of 12 goals and 10 assists each tied for the top spot in the CACC. Dedes completed the season with 1.62 points per game, good for 23rd nationally among Division II players.
Yeager is an All-American for the second consecutive year, having been voted to the D2 CCA Second Team in 2024. A defender from Cinnaminson, N.J., she repeated as the CACC Defensive Player of the Year and was a major part of a Ram defense that finished 19th nationally with a 0.57 goals against average and tied for seventh with a .667 shutout percentage (14 of 21 games).
Dedes and Yeager helped lead Jefferson to an overall won-lost-tied record of 17-3-1. The Rams won the CACC regular-season championship and reached the NCAA Tournament’s Round of 16 for the second year in a row.
The D2 CCA All-America process began at the regional level, with all first-team all-region picks advancing to the national ballot. This is the 19th year of the program.
