2025 CACC Men's Lacrosse All-Academic Team Announced

50 Honorees Named From All Nine Sponsoring Conference Members

NEW HAVEN, Conn. (June 10, 2025) – The 2025 Central Atlantic Collegiate Conference Men’s Lacrosse All-Academic Team contains 50 student-athletes, CACC Commissioner Dan Mara announced today. The honorees represent all nine conference member institutions which sponsor the sport.

To be eligible for CACC All-Academic status, a student-athlete must possess a minimum cumulative grade-point average of 3.50 at the end of the immediately preceding term, must be enrolled for at least two full-time semesters at his/her current institution, and must be a second-year student-athlete at his/her current institution. The CACC All-Academic Team was instituted during the 2004-05 academic year.

CACC champion Georgian Court University earned the most honorees in the conference with 10. The University of Bridgeport placed nine student-athletes on the list. Eleven qualifying student-athletes own GPAs of 3.90 or higher. Leading the way were Zachary Myers of Georgian Court and Ryan Thomas of Bridgeport, who both maintain 3.97 figures.

The Central Atlantic Collegiate Conference is celebrating the 20th anniversary of its affiliation with NCAA Division II. Conference institutions compete for championships in 18 sports – eight for men, nine for women, and one co-ed. The CACC contains 12 members in Connecticut, Delaware, New Jersey, New York, and Pennsylvania. Membership includes Bloomfield College of Montclair State University, the University of Bridgeport, Caldwell University, Chestnut Hill College, Dominican University New York, Felician University, Georgian Court University, Goldey-Beacom College, Holy Family University, Post University, Thomas Jefferson University, and Wilmington University.
