NEW HAVEN, Conn. (July 10, 2026) – Twelve Central Atlantic Collegiate Conference men’s lacrosse student-athletes representing four league institutions have been named 2026 Division II Scholar All-Americans by the United States Intercollegiate Lacrosse Association, the USILA recently announced. Additionally, five CACC programs have been honored with the 2026 USILA Division II Team Academic Award.
Scholar All-Americans are evaluated on a case-by-case basis by the USILA Scholar All-America Committee. To be eligible, student-athletes must have senior academic standing, a cumulative grade-point average of at least 3.00, and be an All-American, member of a North/South team, or an outstanding conference player. He must also have behaved in a matter that brought credit to himself and his institution.
CACC champion Wilmington University and fellow conference finalist Chestnut Hill College topped the league with four honorees apiece. Wilmington saw Andrew Dzubak, Tyler Quinn, Quinn Tracy, and Connor Widmer receive the honor, while Chestnut Hill had Silas Charles, Will Duddy, Daniel Myers, and Aidan Owens recognized. The University of Bridgeport claimed three award winners in Connor Cullen, James Napoli, and Ryan Thomas, and Vincent Burkhart of Georgian Court University was also honored.
Programs must produce a team GPA of 3.00 or higher for the academic year to receive the USILA Team Academic Award. Caldwell University joined Bridgeport, Chestnut Hill, Georgian Court, and Wilmington in receiving that honor.
Founded in 1961, the Central Atlantic Collegiate Conference has been affiliated with NCAA Division II for 21 years. Conference institutions compete for championships in 18 sports – seven for men, 10 for women, and one co-ed. The CACC contains 11 full members in Connecticut, Delaware, New Jersey, New York, and Pennsylvania. Membership includes the University of Bridgeport, Caldwell University, Chestnut Hill College, Dominican University New York, Felician University, Georgian Court University, Goldey-Beacom College, Holy Family University, Post University, Thomas Jefferson University, and Wilmington University.
