NEW HAVEN, Conn. (August 1, 2025) – The 2026 Central Atlantic Collegiate Conference Men’s and Women’s Outdoor Track & Field Championships will return to Georgian Court University. The meets will be held at the GCU Track & Field Complex on Georgian Court’s Lakewood, N.J., campus on Friday and Saturday, May 1-2.
Georgian Court has hosted the CACC Outdoor Track & Field Championships each year since the event’s inception in 2014.
“Georgian Court is excited to host another CACC Track & Field Championship in 2026,” said GCU Director of Athletics Dan Sempkowski. “We are proud of hosting the best in the CACC across all track and field events and appreciate the efforts of the conference to ensure the student-athletes receive a first-class experience.”
Athletes must achieve qualifying standards during the regular season to earn the right to compete in the conference meet. At the Championships, both the men’s and women’s entrants compete in 21 events across two days, with scoring on a 10-8-6-5-4-3-2-1 basis to determine the team champion. Individually, the winner and runner-up in each event are named First Team and Second Team All-CACC, respectively.
In 2025, Goldey-Beacom College captured the men’s championship for the first time. Felician University won its third consecutive women’s title.
Admission for each day of the 2026 CACC Outdoor Track & Field Championships is $10 for adults and $5 for children, students and senior citizens. The CACC Network will provide also provide live coverage.

Founded in 1961, the Central Atlantic Collegiate Conference has been affiliated with NCAA Division II for 20 years. Conference institutions compete for championships in 17 sports – seven for men, nine for women, and one co-ed. The CACC contains 11 full members in Connecticut, Delaware, New Jersey, New York, and Pennsylvania. Membership includes the University of Bridgeport, Caldwell University, Chestnut Hill College, Dominican University New York, Felician University, Georgian Court University, Goldey-Beacom College, Holy Family University, Post University, Thomas Jefferson University, and Wilmington University.
