NEW HAVEN, Conn. (August 6, 2025) – Six Central Atlantic Collegiate Conference women’s lacrosse programs have been named 2025 Intercollegiate Women’s Lacrosse Coaches Association Division II Academic Honor Squads, the IWLCA recently announced. The CACC also had 35 of its women’s lacrosse student-athletes, representing seven schools, honored as part of the 2025 IWLCA Division II Academic Honor Roll.
To qualify as an IWLCA Academic Honor Squad, a team must have posted a grade-point average of 3.2 or higher for the 2024-25 academic year. The IWLCA named 383 schools across NCAA Divisions I, II, and III and the NAIA. CACC recipients were the University of Bridgeport, Caldwell University, Chestnut Hill College, Georgian Court University, Holy Family University, and Post University.
The IWLCA Academic Honor Roll includes junior, senior, and graduate student women’s lacrosse players who finished the 2024-25 year with a cumulative GPA of 3.5 or higher. The CACC’s honorees are listed below, and the full list can be viewed at https://www.iwlca.org/news_article/show/1343143.

Founded in 1961, the Central Atlantic Collegiate Conference has been affiliated with NCAA Division II for 20 years. Conference institutions compete for championships in 17 sports – seven for men, nine for women, and one co-ed. The CACC contains 11 full members in Connecticut, Delaware, New Jersey, New York, and Pennsylvania. Membership includes the University of Bridgeport, Caldwell University, Chestnut Hill College, Dominican University New York, Felician University, Georgian Court University, Goldey-Beacom College, Holy Family University, Post University, Thomas Jefferson University, and Wilmington University.
