Co-PLAYER OF THE WEEK

MOUSSA CAMARA, Felician (SO, F, Harlem, N.Y.) – In just 22.5 minutes per game, averaged 22.0 points and 12.0 rebounds as the Golden Falcons cliched their first outright CACC regular-season crown with two victories. Shot 55 percent from the field and was 8 of 9 at the foul line. Totaled 27 points, 14 boards and 3 blocks in 23 minutes during Saturday’s 78-65 win at Georgian Court.

Co-PLAYER OF THE WEEK

MELVIN EVANS, Caldwell (SR, G, Bronx, N.Y.) – Surpassed 1,000 points for his career. Averaged 19.5 points, 6.0 rebounds, and 6.0 assists (12 assists vs. 5 turnovers) during a 2-0 week for the Cougars. Shot 56 percent from the floor. Recorded 21 points and seven assists during an 83-77 win over Bridgeport on Feb. 11. Followed with 18 points, eight rebounds and five assists on Saturday as Caldwell topped Chestnut Hill, 89-78.

ROOKIE OF THE WEEK

JAHMARE MEMPHIS, Jefferson (FR, G, West Chester, Pa.) – Scored season-high 27 points during the Rams’ 78-76 loss to Holy Family on Feb. 11. Followed with 26 points during Saturday’s 106-83 setback to Dominican. Shot 57 percent while also averaging 5.0 rebounds and 3.0 assists.

DEFENSIVE PLAYER OF THE WEEK

JASON EDOKPAYI, Bridgeport (GR, F, Laurel, Md.) – Turned in a strong two-way effort despite an 0-2 week for the Purple Knights. Averaged 10.0 rebounds (9.0 defensive), 3.5 blocks and 1.0 steals, while also scoring 23.5 points per game on 65-percent shooting.

 

HONOR ROLL

JEREMIAH ANDERSON, Felician – Averaged 18.5 points, 4.5 rebounds, and 4.5 assists during a 2-0 week for the Golden Falcons.
ALEJANDRO CYBAK, Chestnut Hill – Posted double-doubles in both games of the Griffins’ 1-1 week, averaging 18.0 points and 10.0 rebounds.
ISAIAH HONIS, Dominican – Averaged 14.0 points and 8.0 rebounds as the Chargers split a pair of contests.
OMARION JETT, Holy Family – Helped the Tigers to two one-possession victories with 13.0 points, 6.0 rebounds and 4.0 assists per contest.
EMARQUIS JONES, Goldey-Beacom – Netted 16 points with nine rebounds and four steals during a victory over Georgian Court.
DERRICK THOMAS II, Post – Shot 9 for 15 and scored 27 points with seven rebounds in a victory over Wilmington.
TA’QUAN WILLIAMS, Post – Made 9 of 13 shots and finished with 23 points and four steals as the Eagles topped Wilmington.
