NEW HAVEN, Conn. (March 27, 2026) – Felician University head men’s basketball coach Ivan Lewis was selected as the 2025-26 National Association of Basketball Coaches Division II East District Coach of the Year, the NABC announced on Monday. Additionally, Felician junior Jeremiah Anderson and Goldey-Beacom College sophomore Tre Powell were chosen for the All-East District Teams. District honors were voted upon by NABC member coaches.
Lewis, who was also named the Central Atlantic Collegiate Conference Coach of the Year, led Felician to the most successful season in its history. The Golden Falcons (28-4, 19-1 CACC) won the CACC regular season title by six games, claimed the conference tournament championship, then won a game in the NCAA Division II Tournament for the first time. Felician eclipsed the previous program record for victories by four games.
Lewis is 144-143 in 11 years at Felician. He has won two CACC championships.
Anderson, the 2025-26 CACC Player of the Year, was named to the All-District First Team. He averaged 20.6 points (2nd in the CACC), 5.5 rebounds (21st), 5.4 assists (1st), and 2.5 steals (2nd) while shooting .844 at the foul line (2nd). Anderson was also a Division II Conference Commissioners Association All-Region First Team honoree.
Powell was an All-District Second Team selection. He scored 19.3 points per game, good for third in the CACC, while also averaging 4.6 assists (3rd) and 1.5 steals (10th). He led the conference with a .414 three-point field-goal percentage. Powell was also a D2CCA All-Region Second-Team choice.
NABC Division II Districts are based off the NCAA regionalization model. The NCAA Division II East Region consists of the CACC, East Coast Conference and Northeast 10 Conference and contains 30 institutions which compete in men’s basketball.

Founded in 1961, the Central Atlantic Collegiate Conference has been affiliated with NCAA Division II for 20 years. Conference institutions compete for championships in 17 sports – seven for men, nine for women, and one co-ed. The CACC contains 11 full members in Connecticut, Delaware, New Jersey, New York, and Pennsylvania. Membership includes the University of Bridgeport, Caldwell University, Chestnut Hill College, Dominican University New York, Felician University, Georgian Court University, Goldey-Beacom College, Holy Family University, Post University, Thomas Jefferson University, and Wilmington University.
