NEW HAVEN, Conn. (April 17, 2026) – Jeremiah Anderson of Felician University has been selected as the 2025-26 All-Met Division II men’s college basketball Player of the Year, the Met Basketball Writers Association announced on Thursday. Felician head Coach Ivan Lewis is the 2025-26 MBWA D-II men’s Coach of the Year.
Anderson and Lewis headline eight student-athletes from the Central Atlantic Collegiate Conference who were named to this year’s men’s Division II All-Met Teams. Anderson was also chosen as the CACC Player of the Year, to the National Association of Basketball Coaches All-America team, and to the D-II Conference Commissioners Association All-America Third Team. He led the CACC with 5.4 assists per game, and his 20.6 scoring average, 2.5 steals per game, and .844 free-throw percentage were all second. He also averaged 5.5 rebounds.
Lewis, in his 11th season at Felician, was also voted the CACC Coach of the Year, and the NABC East District Coach of the Year. He guided the Golden Falcons (28-4, 19-1) to regular-season and tournament conference championships, a No. 21 national ranking, and to the round of 32 of the NCAA Division II Tournament. The Golden Falcons set a program record for victories.
The CACC placed three players on the All-Met First Team. Anderson was joined by Georgian Court University senior Cam Edmonds and Caldwell University senior Melvin Evans. Edmonds led the CACC in scoring at 21.8 points per game, while Evans averaged 16.6 points and 4.2 assists.
Selected to the Second Team were sophomore Moussa Camara and junior Tristin Harcourt of Felician, University of Bridgeport graduate student Jason Edokpayi, and senior Koi D. Kirk Jr. of Dominican University New York. Caldwell’s DeAngelo Horn was an Honorable Mention All-Met honoree.
The MBWA covers college basketball in the New York City metropolitan area. The 2025-26 All-Met teams will be honored at the 93rd MBWA Haggerty Awards dinner on Thursday, April 23, at the Sleepy Hollow Hotel & Conference Center in Tarrytown, N.Y. The Haggerty dinner is the longest running media-managed college basketball awards program in the United States.

Founded in 1961, the Central Atlantic Collegiate Conference has been affiliated with NCAA Division II for 20 years. Conference institutions compete for championships in 17 sports – seven for men, nine for women, and one co-ed. The CACC contains 11 full members in Connecticut, Delaware, New Jersey, New York, and Pennsylvania. Membership includes the University of Bridgeport, Caldwell University, Chestnut Hill College, Dominican University New York, Felician University, Georgian Court University, Goldey-Beacom College, Holy Family University, Post University, Thomas Jefferson University, and Wilmington University.
