CACC Volleyball Weekly Awards (Sept. 16, 2024)

PLAYER OF THE WEEK
Paola Hernandez (Bridgeport) -- Hit .211 with 4.18 kills per set in a 3-1 week for the Purple Knights ... logged 41 digs, six service aces, five assists and six total blocks ... finished with double-figure kills in each of the four matches including 25 in a 3-2 win over Franklin Pierce.

ROOKIES OF THE WEEK
Eliza Schneider (Wilmington) -- Averaged 2.6 kills/set ... hit .176 ... had two total blocks and 15 digs ... logged 12 kills and eight digs against Shepherd.

Liz Tanis (Jefferson) -- Had nine total blocks during the week, including five in a win over Lincoln ... hit .286 with 1.76 kills/set.

DEFENSIVE PLAYER OF THE WEEK
Gaby Fernandez (Goldey-Beacom) -- Averaged 5.64 digs/set in a 2-1 week for the Lightning ... had 24 each against West Chester and Bowie State.

SETTER OF THE WEEK
Jaden Drollinger (Bridgeport) -- Averaged 10 assists per set in a 3-1 week ... also had eight aces ... logged 57 digs in a win over Franklin Pierce.

HONOR ROLL
Caitlyn Burch (Goldey-Beacom) --  Had 42 kills and a .326 hitting percentage over three matches.
Kristina Peric (Post) -- Five-consecutive matches with double-digit kills last week.
Erika Dubosky (Chestnut Hill) -- Totaled 11 kills in win over West Chester.
Emily McKenna (Jefferson) -- Had 53 kills during the week.
Megan Barker (Felician) -- Had 42 kills and 35 digs last week.
Martina Croce (Georgian Court) -- Hit .440 with 15 kills in win over Kutztown.
Wyette Schubert-Brown (Caldwell) -- Team-best in kills in three of four matches last week.
Kyomaris Morales (Bloomfield) -- Had eight kills and 10 digs last week.

The Central Atlantic Collegiate Conference is an NCAA Division II Conference composed of 12 institutions in Connecticut, Delaware, New Jersey, New York, and Pennsylvania.
