Co-PLAYER OF THE WEEK

HAKON RAKE, Caldwell (JR, F, Lommedalen, Norway) – Scored the match’s first goal and assisted on his team’s 81st-minute tiebreaker as the Cougars got past No. 21 Wilmington, 2-1 on Saturday. Also found the net during a 2-2 tie with UDC on Oct. 15.

PLAYER OF THE WEEK

KEIJI SUGIURA, Felician (GR, F, Allinges, France) – Totaled three goals and an assist during a 1-0-1 week of league play for the Golden Falcons. Collected both of his team’s goals during a 2-2 draw with conference co-leader Bridgeport on Oct. 16. Had a score and a helper during Saturday’s 4-2 comeback victory over Georgian Court.

ROOKIE OF THE WEEK

IGNACIO FERRER MATAS, Felician (FR, D, Barcelona, Spain) – Picked up his first collegiate goal during Saturday’s 4-2 home win over Georgian Court as part of the Golden Falcons’ 1-0-1 week. Tied the match in the 87th minute to ignite a stretch of three Felician goals in 122 seconds.

DEFENSIVE PLAYER OF THE WEEK

LOUAN SEVENO, Dominican (JR, D, Landaul, France) – Opened the scoring in the 40th minute of the Chargers’ 3-0 road victory over Holy Family on Saturday. Helped lead the back line to the clean sheet, yielding 12 shots and four corners.

GOALKEEPER OF THE WEEK

DAVID ARTEAGA, Dominican (JR, GK, Middlesex, N.J.) – In the Chargers’ only action of the week, backed a shutout with six saves during a 3-0 road victory over Holy Family.

 

HONOR ROLL

THEO FAILLON, Wilmington – Registered a goal in each game of the No. 21 Wildcats’ 1-1 week.
LUIS RODRIGUES, Post – Scored on an 89th-minute free kick to earn the Eagles a 1-1 draw with Goldey-Beacom.
J.R. SEXTON, Jefferson – Made four saves during a 0-0 tie with Holy Family.
ISAAK SIMIC, Wilmington – Left back had a goal and an assist during a victory over Georgian Court as part of a 1-1 week.
SEAN STACKHOUSE, Jefferson – Converted a penalty to tie the score of an eventual 3-2 loss to nationally-ranked Southern New Hampshire.
JUSTIN TALBOT, Caldwell – Made a combined nine saves during a 1-0-1 week, including seven during a 2-1 victory over No. 21 Wilmington.
