No. 5 Post Tops Three CACC Teams in NCAA East Region Women's Volleyball Ranking

Holy Family No. 8, Wilmington No. 10 as Conference Playoffs Approach

NEW HAVEN, Conn. (November 14, 2025) – Central Atlantic Collegiate Conference members Post University, Holy Family University, and Wilmington University are among the 10 teams listed in the latest 2025 NCAA Division II East Region Women’s Volleyball Ranking, the D-II Women’s Volleyball Committee released on Wednesday. Post is ranked No. 5 in the region, Holy Family is eighth, and Wilmington sits in the No. 10 spot.

Post (23-4, 12-1 CACC) has clinched the CACC North Division regular-season championship and a first-round home match for next week’s conference championship tournament. Holy Family (19-8, 10-4) and Wilmington (17-13, 10-4) have locked up playoff berths and are part of a three-way tie for first place in the CACC South Division with one match remaining. The winner of the CACC Tournament receives an automatic berth into the 2025 NCAA Division II Women’s Volleyball Championship.

The Eagles, Tigers, and Wildcats all conclude their regular seasons on Saturday.

The NCAA will announce the 64-team field for the 2025 Division II Women’s Volleyball Championship on Monday, November 24 at 7:30 p.m. The East Region will receive automatic qualifiers from the CACC, East Coast Conference and Northeast 10 Conference and five at-large berths.

Founded in 1961, the Central Atlantic Collegiate Conference has been affiliated with NCAA Division II for 20 years. Conference institutions compete for championships in 17 sports – seven for men, nine for women, and one co-ed. Membership includes the University of Bridgeport, Caldwell University, Chestnut Hill College, Dominican University New York, Felician University, Georgian Court University, Goldey-Beacom College, Holy Family University, Post University, Thomas Jefferson University, and Wilmington University.
