NEW HAVEN, Conn. (March 30, 2025) – Six Central Atlantic Collegiate Conference teams appear in the most recent NCAA Division II Men’s Golf East Region Ranking, the 2024-25 NCAA D-II Men’s Golf Committee announced on Friday.
The committee released its second set of regional rankings for all eight NCAA Division II regions. Friday’s rankings were announced in rank order after the March 14 rankings were released in alphabetical order. Leading the CACC contingent was Goldey-Beacom College, which won the 2024-25 conference championship meet in October. The Lightning, who own the CACC’s automatic qualifier into the NCAA championship, are ranked third in the East region.
Following closely behind GBC is Dominican University New York in the No. 4 slot. Wilmington University is the East’s No. 6-ranked team. Also representing the CACC in the regional rankings are Post University (No.8), Felician University (No. 9), and Thomas Jefferson University (No. 10).
The NCAA will announce the field for the 2025 Division II Men’s Golf Championship on April 25. The Atlantic/East Regional Championship will be hosted by Gannon University on May 8-10 at Whispering Woods Golf Club in Erie, Pa.

The Central Atlantic Collegiate Conference is celebrating the 20th anniversary of its affiliation with NCAA Division II. Conference institutions compete for championships in 18 sports – eight for men, nine for women, and one co-ed. The CACC contains 12 members in Connecticut, Delaware, New Jersey, New York, and Pennsylvania. Membership includes Bloomfield College of Montclair State University, the University of Bridgeport, Caldwell University, Chestnut Hill College, Dominican University New York, Felician University, Georgian Court University, Goldey-Beacom College, Holy Family University, Post University, Thomas Jefferson University, and Wilmington University.
