Felician Ranked in Final National D-II Baseball Polls

Golden Falcons Ascend to No. 12 in NCBWA; Listed at No. 17 by ABCA

NEW HAVEN, Conn. (June 13, 2025) – Central Atlantic Collegiate Conference member Felician University is ranked in both major final 2025 NCAA Division II national baseball polls. Felician is the No. 12 team in the final National Collegiate Baseball Writers Association poll and is listed at No. 17 in the American Baseball Coaches Association version.

Felician concluded the season with a won-lost record of 43-22. Guided by 22nd-year head coach Chris Langan, the Golden Falcons won their first East Region championship and advanced to the NCAA Division II Championship national finals for the first time.

The No. 12 ranking in the NCBWA poll is a season best. The Golden Falcons were ranked as high as No. 15 in the ABCA poll during the NCAA Tournament.

CACC member Thomas Jefferson University received votes in both final polls.

 

The Central Atlantic Collegiate Conference is celebrating the 20th anniversary of its affiliation with NCAA Division II. Conference institutions compete for championships in 18 sports – eight for men, nine for women, and one co-ed. The CACC contains 12 members in Connecticut, Delaware, New Jersey, New York, and Pennsylvania. Membership includes Bloomfield College of Montclair State University, the University of Bridgeport, Caldwell University, Chestnut Hill College, Dominican University New York, Felician University, Georgian Court University, Goldey-Beacom College, Holy Family University, Post University, Thomas Jefferson University, and Wilmington University.
