CACC MEN’S BASKETBALL – January 12, 2026

PLAYER OF THE WEEK

CAM EDMONDS, Georgian Court (JR, G, Brooklyn, N.Y.) – Averaged 24.5 points, 4.0 rebounds, 2.5 assists, and 2.0 steals during a 1-1 week for the Lions. Shot 50 percent from the field and was 14 of 18 at the foul line. Totaled 23 points, on 8-of-12 shooting, with three steals as GCU topped Dominican, 83-76, on Saturday for the program’s first victory over the Chargers.

ROOKIE OF THE WEEK

JAYCEN SANTUCCI, Georgian Court (FR, F, Bayville, N.J.) – Scored 12 points with 10 rebounds during the Lions’ 99-85 loss to Goldey-Beacon on Jan. 6. Followed with 21 points and seven rebounds as GCU got past Dominican, 83-76, on Saturday.

DEFENSIVE PLAYER OF THE WEEK

TRISTIN HARCOURT, Felician (JR, F, Newark, N.J.) – Averaged 18.5 rebounds (10.5 defensive) and 2.0 blocks as the first-place Golden Falcons held opponents to 36-percent shooting during a 2-0 week. Totaled 12 points and 20 rebounds during a Jan. 6 road win over Dominican, 85-76.

 

HONOR ROLL

JEREMIAH ANDERSON, Felician – Averaged 17.0 points, 6.0 rebounds, 6.5 assists, and 3.5 steals during a 2-0 week for the Golden Falcons.
ALEJANDRO CYBAK, Chestnut Hill – Averaged 17.5 points and 10.5 rebounds as the Griffins split a pair of games.
JASON EDOKPAYI, Bridgeport – Averaged 22.0 points and 7.5 rebounds during a 1-1 week for the Purple Knights.
MELVIN EVANS, Caldwell – Shot 63 percent and averaged 29.0 points, 5.5 rebounds, 5.0 assists, and 3.5 steals in two starts for the Cougars.
EMARQUIS JONES, Goldey-Beacom – Shot 57 percent and averaged 19.0 points and 6.0 rebounds as the Lightning went 2-0.
AKEEM TAYLOR, Wilmington – Came off the bench to record 19 points and six rebounds during a victory over Chestnut Hill.
