CACC WOMEN’S BASKETBALL – January 26, 2026

PLAYER OF THE WEEK

LUCY COOGAN, Caldwell (SR, F, Kilkenny, Ireland) – Averaged 22.5 points, 12.0 rebounds and 5.0 assists during a 2-0 week for the Cougars. Was 6 for 9 from three-point range and 13 for 13 at the foul line. Made four late free throws to help secure a 67-64 win over Staten Island on Jan. 20, totaling 22 points and 14 rebounds. Followed with 23 points and 10 boards as Caldwell topped Goldey-Beacom, 86-48, on Saturday.

ROOKIE OF THE WEEK

ELLA BROWN, Holy Family (FR, G, Perkasie, Pa.) – Scored a game-high 14 points as the Tigers defeated Dominican, 74-52, on Saturday. Averaged 11.0 points and 6.3 rebounds to help HFU remain in first place with a 2-0 week.

DEFENSIVE PLAYER OF THE WEEK

IMANI GILLETTE, Georgian Court (SR, F, Pine Hill, N.J.) – In the Lions’ only action of the week, grabbed 14 rebounds – seven on each end – and recorded four steals and a block during a 72-58 home league win over Wilmington on Jan. 20. Helped GCU force 32 turnovers. Also scored a game-high 24 points.

STEPHANIE FORMBY, Felician – Averaged 19.3 points and 7.3 rebounds during a 1-2 week for the Golden Falcons.
TAYLOR HINKLE, Holy Family – Averaged 12.5 points and 10.5 rebounds during a 2-0 week for the Tigers.
JAH’NEL LEWIS, Caldwell – Averaged 20.5 points, 6.5 rebounds and 3.0 steals during a pair of Cougar victories.
SAVANNAH PRESCOTT, Bridgeport – Averaged 17.5 points, 10.0 rebounds and 7.5 assists during a 2-0 week for the Purple Knights.
GABBY RECINTO, Jefferson – Turned in 17.0 points and 11.0 rebounds per game during the Rams’ 1-1 week.
ALYSSA ROSSIGNOL, Post – Averaged 19.7 points and 6.0 rebounds during a 2-1 week for the Eagles.
SARA TAMOUN, Chestnut Hill – Canned 10 three-pointers and averaged 23.5 points and 5.0 assists during a 1-1 week for the Griffins.
