PLAYER OF THE WEEK

CHAD FALCON, Dominican (JR, 1B, Stony Point, N.Y.) – Hit .560 (14 for 25) and slugged 1.280 during a 3-3 week for the Chargers. Had nine extra-base hits, including four home runs, scored 15 runs, and drove in 11. Added four walks and a hit batsman for a .613 on-base percentage. Hit in all six games with five multi-hit contests. Was on-base six times during a 21-4 victory over Pace on Mar. 10. Homered in all three games of a weekend series with Chestnut Hill.

PITCHER OF THE WEEK

SADIER VICIOSO, Felician (JR, L, Farmingville, N.Y.) – Started and pitched seven scoreless, one-hit innings for the victory as the Golden Falcons defeated Jefferson, 7-0, on Sunday. Struck out four batters and walked three while facing four batters over the minimum.

ROOKIE OF THE WEEK

JUSTIN HASCUP, Post (FR, RHP, Matawan, N.J.) – Threw six shutout innings to earn his first collegiate win as the Eagles defeated Holy Family, 2-1, in Game 1, on Saturday. Allowed four hits, struck out eight batters, and walked two.

BRYAN BURTOFT, Holy Family – Pitched a seven-inning, four-hit shutout with three strikeouts against Post.
MANNY CONTRERAS, Post– Went 5 for 12 with a triple and two home runs during a 3-2 week for the Eagles.
CHASE FLEMING, Wilmington – Drove in 13 runs during a 3-2 week for the Wildcats. Went 7 for 14 with four XBH, slugging 1.000.
JUSTIN LEVINE, Caldwell – Was 10 for 16 (.625) with two doubles and six RBI despite the Cougars’ 0-5 week.
AIDEN MYERS, Chestnut Hill – Batted .526 with two home runs and eight RBI as the Griffins went 3-2.
ANDRES RIVERA, Holy Family – Hit .474 and slugged 1.105 with seven XBH, 10 runs scored, and 10 RBI during a 3-2 week for the Tigers.
PEDRO SANTOS, Lincoln – Picked up two pitching victories in relief for the Lions. Allowed a combined one run on two hits in four innings.
ZACH SMETHERS, Goldey-Beacom – Hit .421 with a triple, two home runs and seven RBI during a 4-1 week for the Lightning.
