Goldey-Beacom got as close as a three-point deficit at the 16:13 mark, and was still within 54-50 with 12:54 remaining, but Felician scored the game’s next six points. Later Sunday, the Felician women’s baskeball team also won the CACC championship, marking just third occasion in the conference’s NCAA era in which the same team won both basketball titles in the same year.
