PLAYER OF THE WEEK

MADISON MILETI, Dominican (SO, A, Oakdale, N.Y.) – Amassed 20 points, six ground balls, and seven draw controls during a 2-0 week for the No. 18/21 Chargers. Tallied six goals, three assists, six grounders and seven draws during a 22-1 victory over Felician on Apr. 15. Followed with five goals and six assists during Saturday’s 20-0 win at Holy Family.

ROOKIE OF THE WEEK

PAYTON NOACK, Bridgeport (FR, A, Center Moriches, N.Y.) – Totaled five goals, an assist and 10 draw controls during a 1-1 week for the Purple Knights. Highlighted the week with five goals and nine draws during a 20-4 victory over Caldwell on Apr. 15.

DEFENSIVE PLAYER OF THE WEEK

JENNA RIGO, Dominican (SR, D, East Islip, N.Y.) – Led the Charger defense to a 20-0 shutout against Holy Family on Saturday, contributing three ground balls and five caused turnovers. Helped DUNY limit the Tigers to seven shots and induce 24 turnovers.

GOALKEEPER OF THE WEEK

DANI PARISI, Dominican (FR, G, Blauvelt, N.Y.) – During 96 minutes of a 2-0 week, allowed one goal, made five saves, and picked up two ground balls. Played to a 0.62 goals-against average.

 

HONOR ROLL

KALYN AMMERLAAN, Jefferson – Held a 4.56 GAA and a .556 save percentage during a 2-0 week for the Rams.
TARA DIMAIO, Bridgeport – Scored 10 goals with four assists, and added four ground balls and five caused turnovers, during a 1-1 week for the Purple Knights.
