NEW HAVEN, Conn. (May 30, 2026) – Wilmington University junior Donte Dockery and Felician University graduate student Devin Jones were named 2026 NCAA Division II First Team All-Americans by the U.S. Track & Field and Cross-Country Coaches Association in outdoor track & field, the USTFCCCA announced on Tuesday.
Dockery and Jones were honored for their efforts at the 2026 NCAA D-II Outdoor Track & Field Championships from May 21-23 in Emporia, Kan. First Team All-America status is awarded to finishers 1-8 in each event. Dockery took the silver medal in the triple jump, while Jones placed fourth in the long jump.
Dockery is an All-American for the second consecutive year, having finished third in the outdoor triple jump at nationals in 2025. His season-best distance of 16.00 meters (52 feet, 6 inches) came on his fourth attempt.
Jones earned his first outdoor All-America honor and his third overall, having been so decorated twice indoors. He improved from the No. 16 seed to reach the podium, jumping 7.55 meters (24 feet, 9 ¼ inches) on his second attempt.
Dockery and Jones were the only two athletes from the Central Atlantic Collegiate Conference competing at the NCAA Championships.
Founded in 1961, the Central Atlantic Collegiate Conference has been affiliated with NCAA Division II for 20 years. Conference institutions compete for championships in 17 sports – seven for men, nine for women, and one co-ed. The CACC contains 11 full members in Connecticut, Delaware, New Jersey, New York, and Pennsylvania. Membership includes the University of Bridgeport, Caldwell University, Chestnut Hill College, Dominican University New York, Felician University, Georgian Court University, Goldey-Beacom College, Holy Family University, Post University, Thomas Jefferson University, and Wilmington University.
