NEW HAVEN, Conn. (June 10, 2026) – Two members of the Central Atlantic Collegiate Conference earned regional awards for outdoor track & field from the U.S. Track & Field and Cross Country Coaches Association, the USTFCCCA recently announced. Felician University graduate student Devin Jones was named the 2026 Division II East Region Men’s Field Athlete of the Year. Christopher Rash of Georgian Court University was selected as the East Region Men’s Assistant Coach of the Year.
Award winners were determined by a vote of USTFCCCA member coaches following the conclusion of the 2026 NCAA D-II Outdoor Track & Field Championships in Emporia, Kansas. Performances from both the NCAA Championships and regular season were considered.
Jones earned First Team All-America honors in the long jump, finishing fourth at the NCAA D-II Outdoor Championships. He won the event at five meets during the outdoor season, including the CACC Championship. Jones is the first Felician track & field athlete to claim a USTFCCCA regional award.
