PLAYER OF THE WEEK
GRIFFIN RICHARDSON, Holy Family (GR, 1B, Warminster, Pa.) – Reached base in all eight of his plate appearances as Holy Family completed its regular season with victories over regionally-ranked Felician on Apr. 27 and Lincoln the following day. Was 4 for 4 with two doubles, three walks and a hit batsman.
PITCHER OF THE WEEK
HARBY VALERA, Post (SR, R, Nizao, Dominican Republic) – Worked eight innings in a no-decision against Bridgeport on Apr. 28. Allowed one run on five hits, struck out five batters, and walked one. Worked out of a two-on, two-out jam in his final inning to depart with a two-run lead in an eventual 7-3 Eagle loss.
ROOKIE OF THE WEEK
MATTHEW SHARKEY, Chestnut Hill (FR, C/OF, Furlong, Pa.) – In the Griffins’ lone regular-season game of the week, went 2 for 5 with a double and a two-run home run during a 12-2 home victory over Caldwell on Apr. 28.

JOEY CURRENT, Goldey-Beacom – Drove in three runs during a victory over Wilmington.
