NEW HAVEN, Conn. (March 1, 2026) – After Week 4 of the Spring 2026 Central Atlantic Collegiate Conference esports season, one regular-season champion has already been determined.

There was not much movement in the standings in Super Smash Bros. Ultimate, as one match had to be postponed until next week. In the match that was played, Goldey-Beacom College strengthened its hold on second-place by earning a tight 2-0 victory (9-6, 9-8) over Post University. The Lightning moved to with a half-game of unbeaten and idle Bloomfield College with two weeks remaining.

Later last week, Goldey-Beacom completed an undefeated circuit of the schedule in Marvel Rivals. GBC, which has a bye during Week 5, outlasted Holy Family University, 3-2, to secure the top seed for the Rivals playoffs later this month. Meanwhile, Post tightened the bottom of the five-team standings with a 3-2 victory over Caldwell University, bettering its playoff chances.
